Michael Rank new member of the CURENTIS Supervisory Board

Michael Rank is a new member of the Supervisory Board of CURENTIS AG. The Supervisory Board of CURENTIS is thus expanded from 3 to 4 members.

Rank has 35 years of experience in banking and consulting. In his professional life, he has served, among others, on the supervisory board of SYRACOM AG and as a member of the management board and - at different companies - also as a shareholder - of various consulting firms.

Ralf Penndorf, member of the Executive Board of CURENTIS AG, is pleased about the new addition to the Supervisory Board: "With Michael Rank, we have been able to gain an absolute industry expert for our Supervisory Board. We are certain that he will be able to contribute his extensive experience to our business development and give us decisive impetus on our growth course."

With this decision, CURENTIS also intends to continue on its course of extraordinarily strong growth (more than 30% in 2022) and internationalization.
