Ralf Penndorf has been a member of the Executive Board of CURENTIS AG since January 2010. Prior to that, he was a member of the Executive Board of FERNBACH Software AG for 3 years and Head of the Banking Division at ALLDATA SYSTEMS with responsibility for core banking for 6 years.
Mr. Penndorf holds a diploma in economics from the Ruhr-University Bochum as well as an MBA from the Open University of the Netherlands and the MBA School in Aix-en-Provence.

Niels Kühn has been Head of Product Management at CURENTIS AG since 2011 and Managing Director of CURENTIS RISK FACTORY GmbH since October 2016. Previously, he was responsible for project controlling at FERNBACH Software AG and for managing the credit division at ALLDATA Systems.
After his training as a bank clerk, Mr. Kühn completed his business administration degree at the Sparkassenakademie in Baden-Württemberg and worked in the field of credit management and corporate customer consulting. Mr. Kühn is a certified Fraud Manager (CFM) of the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Managing Director CURENTIS Luxembourg SARL
Harald Müller has headed the Luxembourg branch of the CURENTIS Group since 2023. He previously worked as an Associate Director at Accenture and Orbium.
After graduating in computer science, he began his career in software development for banking software. In 2010, he switched to consulting and has been supporting financial institutions in the implementation of technological innovations ever since.

Dominik Schick has been Managing Director of CURENTIS AG in Switzerland since July 2024.
Mr. Schick began his career at Commerzbank AG and has been working as a consultant in the banking environment since 2018.
Mr. Schick has a B.A. in Banking and Finance and holds several certifications, including PRINCE2 Project Manager and IREB - Requirements Engineering.
Managing Director CURENTIS SigeniuS GmbH
Eike Otto has been Managing Director of SigeniuS GmbH since 2017 and of CURENTIS SigeniuS GmbH since 2025. He has been working in the fields of information security management and compliance since the turn of the millennium.
After completing his studies at the University of Leipzig, Mr. Otto worked as a consultant for major international banks and software companies and contributed significantly to the implementation and optimization of security standards.
Managing Director CURENTIS RISK FACTORY GmbH
Dr. Steffen Gutjahr has been Managing Director of CURENTIS RISK FACTORY GmbH since 2025. He was previously responsible for product development and digitalization issues as a member of the management team at targens.
Mr. Gutjahr studied business mathematics and holds a doctorate in artificial intelligence. He also works as a lecturer and seminar leader for AI.
