Introducing the CURENTIS Project Services team
A good year ago, CURENTIS AG set up the new Project Services team headed by Daniel Freund. What does CURENTIS mean by the term Project Services? We define Project Services as the totality of services, techniques and methods that are necessary to plan, implement and successfully complete projects. With our team, we support our customers from the financial sector in the areas of:
- Project Management
- Business analysis
- Quality and test management
We successfully implement these tasks with our customers' contacts. In addition to customer projects, we deal intensively with topics that are relevant for us and our customers now or in the future.
Currently, the focus is on the following topics:
- Data management:
In this internal project, we deal with the question of how financial institutions can manage their complex data budget. This includes questions around data platform support, data model/ and architecture, and demand management. Mapping, the process of mapping data elements between different systems, plays a prominent role. The goal is to develop an approach that efficiently maps the process of mapping - identification and analysis of data sources and target systems, definition, implementation, and maintenance. - Test automation:
In quality and test management, the question of test automation is often raised. The technical possibilities are manifold and established. One problem is often to find valid arguments for or against, which consider business, economic and technical aspects. Our goal is to develop a methodology that supports this decision-making process with facts and thus contributes to the success of the project. - Project work with ChatGPT:
Everyone is currently talking about ChatGPT. The effects of this technology are currently hardly foreseeable and in many areas the possible applications, limits and risks are being examined. We want to look at whether and how this AI-based application can be successfully used in project work.
