Corporate Sustainable Reporting Directive - Expansion of non-financial reporting

Mandatory since January 1 - The Corporate Sustainable Reporting Directive, which replaces the previous Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD), is the latest legislation on reporting non-financial information and obliges financial institutions to provide more detailed sustainability reporting. The CSRD significantly expands the non-financial reporting obligations in several respects—in terms of personnel, content, time, and scope. This includes information for investors, employees, consumers, and other stakeholders.
