Simon Hafer joined CURENTIS AG as a consultant in October 2022, where he works in the "Project Services" team.

Why did you choose CURENTIS AG?

Several aspects came together: I had already heard a lot of positive things from previous colleagues who had moved to CURENTIS AG. During the first interview with Ralf Penndorf and Daniel Freund, this impression was reinforced - not an 08/15 job interview with clichéd questions, but an open dialog about mutual expectations. The prospect of a change from my former tasks at my previous employer, which were more in the "run the bank" area, to tasks in the "change the bank" area also convinced me professionally. After the interview, everything went very quickly: no long waiting periods because some works council still had to approve something, but a contract offer straight away - uncomplicated, short channels - just the way I personally like it best.

What makes CURENTIS special or exciting for you?

The positive image of the company has been confirmed again and again over the past year. The appreciation by the superiors as well as the friendly interaction with the colleagues is something special.

For personal development, there are regular discussions with the team leaders, during which they jointly consider how further training opportunities can be designed and which external courses can be attended.

Last but not least: The quarterly meetings are always a good opportunity to meet colleagues "live", to receive further training or to be informed about the latest developments at CURENTIS AG.

What does your dream travel destination look like?

South Tyrol - every year anew.
