Fabian Brandt has been part of the Regulatory Reporting team at CURENTIS AG since October 2023. As a consultant in the field of regulatory reporting and sustainable banking, he has extensive expertise in sustainable corporate reporting and taxonomy alignment.
Why did you choose CURENTIS AG?
The decision to apply to CURENTIS AG was both a logical and profitable choice for me. On the one hand, the company's focus on sustainable banking promised to deepen my expertise from my studies, and on the other hand, I was particularly attracted by the opportunity to contribute my previous experience in consulting. The chance to make a positive contribution with my knowledge of sustainability and my experience in project management and to develop innovative solutions immediately appealed to me. To make a long story short: Two birds with one stone! After the interview with Ralf Penndorf, it was clear to me that I wanted to continue my career at CURENTIS AG - the flat company hierarchy, the open interaction with each other and the opportunities for further training and career development ultimately convinced me completely.
What makes CURENTIS special for you?
Flexibility! At CURENTIS, I have the opportunity to work from home at any time and can still come into the office if necessary. Despite working remotely, internal company events such as further training, kart races or a midnight marathon in Luxembourg provide a lot of variety in everyday company life and a personal exchange with colleagues. In my day-to-day work, I find the many opportunities to help shape new products and consulting services internally in addition to customer projects particularly interesting, as I can leave my comfort zone here and gain experience and perspectives outside my specialist area.
