Why did you choose CURENTIS AG?

I became aware of CURENTIS during my online search for a training position. I was particularly impressed by CURENTIS' flat hierarchies and modern corporate culture, as well as its focus on innovation and sustainability.

I also found CURENTIS' specialized product solutions to be a great way to learn more about interesting topics such as how to integrate software in areas like regulatory or AFC.

What are your tasks and what does your daily work look like?

My scope of duties in the apprenticeship is very diverse and covers exciting topics, which gives me extensive knowledge of a wide range of processes.

For example, I take care of parts of the administration of the CURENTIS websites and servers, help employees with IT problems, research solutions and tools, and contribute to the development of CURENTIS products. Development tasks range from planning and installing features to creating releases. In addition, I set up computers for new employees, create graphics for websites and products, and handle various other tasks that arise.

What makes CURENTIS special or exciting for you?

At CURENTIS, even as a trainee you have the opportunity to take on actual responsibility and work on real projects. It is very motivating to see that one's own work is valued and is part of development, rather than just being used for employment. Ideas or approaches to solutions are welcome and make it possible to incorporate one's own creativity. I also find the option to work flexibly from the home office very appealing.

The personal interaction with colleagues and superiors is always friendly, creating a pleasant working atmosphere where you always know who to turn to with questions or problems.
