Annika Mlinski joined CURENTIS AG on April 1, 2022 as a Junior Consultant in the Project Services team. Her hands-on mentality and performance-oriented approach enabled her to contribute to customer projects immediately.
Why did you choose CURENTIS?
I became aware of CURENTIS AG when I completed my mandatory internship during my studies.
Already during the internship, I experienced that CURENTIS pursues clear goals that I can contribute to achieving. From the very first interview, I was aware that CURENTIS is a unique company that places a lot of trust in its employees, even at an early stage of their careers. Within a very short time, I was given tasks that required a high degree of independence and analytical thinking.
I also found the wide range of services and areas of work at CURENTIS AG very appealing. My internship allowed me to get to know all areas of CURENTIS. This helped me make the decision to join the Project Services team. Once again, the variety of services convinced me. I was particularly impressed by the area of project management. Likewise, I find the efforts in the area of Sustainable Banking, as well as Anti-Financial Crime and Regulatory Affairs, remarkable. Overall, CURENTIS AG has a high level of environmental and social awareness. These values are reflected in my own and I am glad to have found an employer that is aware of its social responsibility.
What makes CURENTIS special or exciting for me?
I find CURENTIS AG particularly exciting because the company has very flat hierarchies. Experienced employees are always on hand to provide immediate support. As a result, the company has very open communication, which helps to identify and overcome challenges at an early stage.
In addition, CURENTIS AG is distinguished by excellent employee development. Here, the title of the employee is secondary, whether trainee, apprentice or senior consultant - CURENTIS tries to provide each employee with the best possible further training and to show appreciation.
